1. Service Acceptance
By accessing or using SwapiHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting solutions designed for developers and businesses. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.
Users must provide accurate information during registration and payment verification. Failure to provide legitimate proof of payment will result in immediate rejection of the order.
2. Acceptable Use Policy
To maintain a high-quality environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
- Launching DDoS attacks or port scanning.
- Hosting or distributing illegal, copyrighted, or malicious content.
- Crypto-mining that consistently taxes the shared CPU pool beyond plan limits.
- Any activity that disrupts our infrastructure or other users' performance.
Violation of this policy results in immediate suspension without refund.
3. Payments & Refund Policy
Payments are processed manually via UPI or Crypto. You are required to submit the correct UTR ID or Transaction Hash for verification.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital provisioning, we offer a 24-hour refund window if the server fails to meet specified technical metrics. No refunds will be issued for TOS violations or after the initial 24-hour period.
Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn only after a 7-day security holding period.
4. Privacy Policy & Data Usage
Data Accessed & Collection
When you authenticate via Google OAuth, SwapiHost accesses your basic profile information specifically: your full name, email address, and profile picture URL. We do not access your private files, contacts, or any other Google service data.
Purpose of Data Use
We use this data solely to create and manage your SwapiHost account, send critical server provisioning notifications, and verify high-value transactions. This ensures a seamless and secure login experience for our users.
Data Sharing Disclosure
SwapiHost strictly does not share, sell, or trade your Google user data with any third-party entities, advertising agencies, or external data brokers. Your information is used exclusively within our infrastructure for identity verification.
Storage & Protection
All user data is stored in secure, enterprise-grade encrypted cloud databases. We implement industry-standard AES-256 encryption for data at rest and TLS for data in transit to prevent unauthorized access.
Retention & User Rights
Personal data is retained only as long as your account is active. You have the Absolute Right to Deletion. If you wish to delete your account and all associated Google user data from our records, please contact us at Support@swapihost.in from your registered email, and we will purge your data within 48 hours.
