By accessing or using SwapiHost services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Our platform provides Virtual Private Server (VPS) hosting solutions designed for developers and businesses. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time.

Users must provide accurate information during registration and payment verification. Failure to provide legitimate proof of payment will result in immediate rejection of the order.

To maintain a high-quality environment for all users, the following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Sending unsolicited bulk email (SPAM).
• Launching DDoS attacks or port scanning.
• Hosting or distributing illegal, copyrighted, or malicious content.
• Crypto-mining that consistently taxes the shared CPU pool beyond plan limits.
• Any activity that disrupts our infrastructure or other users' performance.

Violation of this policy results in immediate suspension without refund.

Payments are processed manually via UPI or Crypto. You are required to submit the correct UTR or Transaction Hash for verification.

Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital provisioning, we offer a 24-hour refund window if the server fails to meet specified technical metrics. No refunds will be issued for TOS violations or after the initial 24-hour period.

Unused wallet balance can be withdrawn only after a 7-day security holding period.
